We take into account all your requirements for candidates: gender, age, experience, education, and additional wishes. For example, the willingness to accompany on travel and many more.
We conduct several interviews with each candidate. We check and collect the package of documents, collect reviews, and recommendations from previous employers, as well as medical certificates.
We determine the probationary period for selected candidate
The terms of the contract are discussed with each individually.
We give a weekly test if during this time the candidate has not come up, we will offer another employee.
